1. Digital Products (Downloadable Items)

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made from LEDEdit TM are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

Terms:

• Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after download or access is provided.
• No refunds will be issued after purchase for any reason.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.
• If a technical issue prevents downloading, LEDEdit TM will provide an alternative link or technical support.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

Customers may request a return or exchange for physical products under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

1. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
3. A valid receipt or order number must be provided.
4. Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process:

• Contact customer support to submit a return request.
• After approval, send the product to the store’s return address.
• Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from LEDEdit TM.

Refunds:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• All digital products.
• Used, damaged, or altered products.
• Items without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
